Is this mini course the same thing as Lauren’s 12 week Breast Cancer Thriver course?
No. This is the nutrition module ONLY from Lauren’s 12 week BCT course. Given that BCT is a 12 week program, there are additional modules to help you heal and overcome fear of recurrence that go over and above nutrition and there is also coaching support included in the 12 week program.
The Nutrition for prevention mini course is intended to support the incredible thrivers who cannot for whatever reason join the 12 week program but still want to take action for their prevention plans. The first step in healing is to address nutrition, and this mini course is intended to make this life-saving information as accessible as possible so that you can take action and take the first step now.

Is coaching offered inside the course?
No coaching support (whether it be private, group, or facebook support) is included in this program. The training videos were created with the intention of being part of a self-paced course and are very comprehensive.

What am I eating during this program?
We take all the guesswork out of what to eat and when and provide 30 day meal plans. We provide both a vegan meal plan as well as a combination meal plan that includes a variety of protein sources like poultry, fish, legumes, and some meat. We don’t pigeon hole you into a particular way of eating, but rather teach you how to find the best way to eat for your body - and then give you a variety of meal plans that are VERY easily customizable to your needs.
Every recipe in this program is intended to lower inflammation, support your liver and detox pathways, support your hormones, and boost your immune system. You are free to modify recipes and you do NOT need to follow the meal plan 100% in order to see results.
Can I eat meat or do I need to be vegan?
We recognize that each person has a unique body blueprint and will process and metabolize foods differently. This is why we don’t pigeon hole you into a particular plan, but rather teach you the fundamentals that are essential to lower inflammation, detox, boost your immune system, and support your hormones. From here, we teach you how to understand what your body needs and provide a mixture of both vegan and combination meal plans.
I have upcoming social events and I know I won’t be “eating clean” should I still join now?
YES! DO NOT WAIT! This course is about teaching you how to support your health and body for life - which includes going to events and parties where the food might not be the healthiest. This isn’t about being perfect all the time - it’s about understanding how to support your body on a deep level, and allowing that support and trust to carry you through social events where you can indulge with ease, grace, and without guilt.
